Spirit of The North was a commissioned assignment by renowned German publisher teNeues. The book is a cocktail guide to the spirits of the Nordic countries by Danish mixologist Selma Slabiak. Photographer Charlie Bennet was commissioned to shoot the 30 recipes that reflects Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter in Scandinavia. The addition Bennet photographed Selmas portrait and some of the prep phots in the book. The book was released in 2018.
