Spirit of The North was a commissioned assignment by renowned German publisher teNeues. The book is a cocktail guide to the spirits of the Nordic countries by Danish mixologist Selma Slabiak. Photographer Charlie Bennet was commissioned to shoot the 30 recipes that reflects Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter in Scandinavia. In addition Bennet photographed Selma's portrait and some of the prep phots in the book. The book was published in 2018.
